Discover the
beauty, tranquillity, and grandeur
that is rural Vermont all year long!

A crisp, bright Winter's
day gives way to a clear, star-filled night sky, unpolluted
by the glow of city lights.
Emerging wildflowers, returning
songbirds, and the sweet aroma of maple syrup herald the coming
of Spring.
In Summer, green pastures,
lush forests, sparkling lakes and streams beckon invitingly.
And Autumn, a very special
time of year, dazzles the eye when the rolling hills erupt
in a blaze of color that must be seen to be believed.
Located on 24 secluded acres
in northern Vermont, The Old Homestead Bed & Breakfast
Inn is the perfect place from which to explore all the Green
Mountain State has to offer.
Built around
1850 in picturesque Barnet Village in the Northeast Kingdom
of Vermont, The Old Homestead has been hosting visiting
tourists since 1911.
